Monsignore is the name of Aglianico Irpinia DOC, it takes its name from the Aglianico produced in Montemarano, in the Contrada Chianzano, around an old ruined farmhouse called the Church of Monsignore.

Food pairings: Perfect for roasted beef, bush meat and game meat or meat-based first courses. We also recommend it paired with aged cheeses and smoked cold meats.
Tasting notes: Intense ruby red colour, unmistakable scent of sweet violet and red fruits, matched with balsamic and spicy notes.
To the palat it is well-structured in its tannins,full-bodied and persistent.
