Calore is the name of the Greco di Tufo DOCG, it takes its name from the river that flows downstream of Monte Tuoro, the name of this river derives from the temperature of the waters that flow there, much higher than that of other rivers. All the waterways and springs that emerge on the slopes of Monto Tuoro create a unique and ideal ecosystem for viticulture.

Vinification: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°, and a following ageing on fine lees for about six months.

Food Pairings: Perfect to accompany raw seafood and seafood-based first dishes.
Tasting notes: Intense pale yellow colour with golden reflections, an ample and intense bouquet of apricots, peaches, citrus fruits and almond, all this under a mineral structure. To the palat it has an excellent acidity, a great structure and a distinct saltiness.
