Sarracino is the name of the Fiano di Avellino DOCG, the name of an ancient district and an ancient wood whose trees were destroyed between 1762 and 1768. After that year the territory was cleared and planted with vines, from which today it is produces one of the best Irpini wines.

Vinification: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°, and a following ageing on fine lees for about six months.

Food pairing: It goes well with light appetizers, crustaceans and raw seafoods, seafood-based first dishes. Good match with spaghetti with clams.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow colour with green reflections. On the nose it expresses fruity and floral scents, with notes of exotic fruits and broom.
To the palat it is deep, with a right amount of acidity and an interesting end of fruity returns.
