Vinification: The grapes are crushed and subsequently subjected to a soft pressing. The free run must is prepared for static decanting for at least 12 hours. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ° C and ages for about 4 months in steel.

Tasting notes: Intense cherry pink, bright and brilliant to the eye. The nose is fresh and fragrant, characterized by flavors of strawberry, cherries and pomegranate, to which are added nuances of myrtle and black pepper. The palate is smooth and consistent with the nose, with good persistence and pleasantly savory in the aftertaste.
